Oaklands have replaced Crescent in this division. The Loudon Arms fixture will be re-scheduled. Due to the short notice for Oaklands to get there team together for tomorrow night, the Coronation SB will also be rescheduled for a later date.

Did the Crescent move to the Oaklands or have they just quit?

We are classing them as quit, so we have put a stand-by team in. They were a no-show last week and the Crescent are not returning any calls - the rumours are they have gone to another team in the league but at this stage we cannot confirm or deny anything.

Courtyard C 3-4 Allestree RBL B

Poor performance tonight from us. Jim Wigley got us ahead only for us to lose the next 4 and they were all win-able frames. Josh and Darren Finch reduced the arrears at the end but it was a frustrating night!

The Crescent have now got in touch with the league and they do intend to fulfill their fixtures, therefore they have been added back into the league. The Oaklands will now take the place of New Zealand Arms in Division D.

The Loudon Arms were a bit of a joke last night, they decided they didn't want to play basically after the match should have started! Not fair that a team was put together by us and the opposition can't be bothered.

So a claim already.....Red Cow B 7 Loudon Arms 0

We had problems with them doing that in the Monday league. They seem to turn up when they feel like it.

Any team who misses two away matches will be deemed to have withdrawn from the league. Given their past history, they will need to try really hard to ensure they fulfill the fixtures.

Are teams not sending results cards in Dave?

Last night....

Greyhound 5-2 Courtyard C

Liam Vernon put in a good finish to win the first frame for the home side but the visitors wasted chances after that to fall 4-0 down. Tony Murtagh and Darren Finch reduced the arrears but a comfortable win for the Greyhound who are going well in all the leagues they play in at the moment.

Can one of the admins PM me a number for the Needles captain please? Thanks.

Good question - if anyone knows I would be interested to hear.

They told us they wanted to put a team in, then never came to meeting or returned calls!
