Good match, even Trev won! Thats 17 frames won out of the last 21 played and 23 points from 3 matches. If only we'd had a decent start to the season. Ah well easy come easy go. Should get us to finish in 4th place. |

Queried a ruling with John Attridge on Monday night and we actually won 6 - 1.

The on-line results aren't showing this match although I posted the result on here and handed the card in at the last meeting. Could we get the results updated please? |
Is anyone in a position to get this result corrected - Its currently showing as 5 - 2 instead of 6 - 1. Only 1 point I know but every little helps!! |

Ive amended that result, you're now on 99 points! A late charge for 4th place perhaps 
Ive added the Coronation's 5-2 win at your place, still missing Coronation v Loudon from Sept 10th which is important to the title race. |

I guess as im the captain you're not interested then? Same old, same old.....
Anyway from Thursday:
Crescent 4-3 Courtyard C
What a ridiculous table, how can a place like that be allowed in the league? On one corner it is actually impossible, and i mean impossible, to play a shot. Even with half your cue you're playing down on the ball and a miss cue is almost inevitable. Beggars belief. Hopefully we can still finish fourth, it'll be close though if Needles won last week. |

Nice people though in fairness. Maybe they won a popularity award and get special dispensation to enter a team.
I take it there are no actual rules in the league regarding table requirements? |

Courtyard C 5-2 Mitre
Comfortable win for us tonight to round off the season. Fourth place, not bad for a bunch of lads who arent very good but we have a laugh. Obviously myself and my kids won with Tony and James chipping in. Everyone will be shocked to hear that Trev lost but he's only human, and young Martyn Sheridan lost his first game in 5 matches.
Good luck to the Mitre in the league cup final against Allestree. As for us, we get the next 4 or 5 weeks off, cheers, although it wouldnt surprise me if i get called upon to help with the league but we'll see.

Do you get trophies for the most wins in these divisions? I won 18 out of 22 so must be up there. Quite fancy a night at presentation. The last time i went it was very eventful  |
