Greyhound V Loudon Arms 8th October. Loudon boys did a no show on the last game of the season so an automatic 7-0 to greyhound.

just the icing on the cake to a terible end to the season, the smell of glory must have been too much! Rolling Eyes

With Loudon breaking the rules on the number of no-shows this season they shouldnt really be allowed in next season. Pretty sure they played a bunch of ringers against us aswell but the league doesnt wanna know.

i think when we played them at theirs they had a couple of ringers but it didn't help them as they still lost seven nill, i think in the first 5 games they only potted about 7 colours between them all.

Bit annoying though that teams go to their gaff and spend money over the bar, probably keeping the pub alive, but their players pick and choose when they can be arsed to play away and give other venues in the league the same courtesy. They should be denied membership for next season. Naturally if i were on the committee this sort of shit wouldnt happen.
