Is it right that the home team captain decides wich frames are for the doubles tis season?
Thats daft, pool players are easily confused at the best of times. Why not just use the Monday league format and everyone plays to the same? |

| Ive been told its down to the home team captain which frames are for doubles. You're right though, should copy the Monday league format. |

League Tables are not available yet as I am still getting changes. I am now going away until Wednesday next week, so they will not be done until then.
It is my belief that the 5 singles should be played first, followed by the 2 doubles (for the men) and 3 singles, followed by 2 doubles for the ladies. |

I'm sure it is a typo. These will all be corrected when I get back from holiday. You definately do not play over xmas |

I spoke to Sonia earlier and it does appear that teams were told, at the meeting, it was up to the home side. Therefore that is what it is!
It will be reviewed at the next meeting as it cannot be changed if teams have been told that.
I'm sure this will spark some debate.... |

We play 1st and 6th on a monday night for doubles and this works well and the deciding frame if there was a drawn would be a singles to finish, which is what i would prefer.
No two players think a like in doubles.
Only my suggestion.
As for people clearing off this has never happened with our team. |

I was at the meeting and never heard anything mentioned about the doubles, I automatically thought it was just the last two frames
Why we are playing bloody doubles is beyond me, singles loads better. |

Don't think ive ever heard anything so daft as home team decides which matches to be the doubles???
Every other league ive played in that has singles and doubles just does it for the last two frames. |
